lyrics

I searched all night for another false god. I hated the TV so I stared at the wall. Life was pretty useless, my senses were dulled, but man I fell (in love) into ten long years just fucking around. I wrote a couple songs no one cared about so I left town when the leaves turned brown and they started to fall.

Divine providence evaporates. Untethered operators operate, drained of their brilliance. (The smog, it thickens) Alone in my headphones. Not here to think but feel. Each day rebirth, swallowed by the same sad decline. (The smog, it thickens) Here's my sacrifice to our flawed inheritance. *exhale dopesmoke" "The world owes you nothing."
